Tim Etchells is creating a series of instruction cards to be distributed throughout the transpennine region. They are all the same size as business cards. Each card will be blank on one side and have a single line of text on the other side. The single line of text is an 'instruction for action'. The instructions focus on revealing aspects of the region - for example, 'look out of the window'. The instructions cards will be left in public places - on trains, in phone boxes etc.
